In a hearing on Colorado House Bill HB24-1145, Citizen's Project Executive Director Michael Williams claims data shows lower voter turnout correlates to lower life expectancies. HB24-1145, the Modify Voter Registration Page, would require the Colorado Secretary of State official website to ensure each voter has a mailing address, can select either a vote in person or receive a mail in ballot and allow each voter to select which major political party ballot to receive for the primary election.
Mr. Williams claims this bill's requirements may be an issue of life and death (lower life expectancies) should this bill pass. You can listen to his statement here:
