5:03PM: Court has concluded for the day. Knisley will return to the stand in the morning. The jury has exited, and the parties are conduction business before the Court.

4:06PM: After a long sidebar, Knisley is now being cross-examined by the Defense.

3:43PM: Knisley testified that Conan Hays' identity was concealed until months after the events of May 2021 and August 2021. She testified that Peters never told her about Hays directly.

3:36PM: Knisley testified to her interactions with Peters in May 2021 and August 2021 as well as her interactions with and knowledge of Gerald Wood.

3:25PM: Court is back in session, direct examination of Knisley resumes.

Court is taking their afternoon break. Updates will return when court is in session.

2:34PM: Noonan testified to the financial investigation that occurred about Gerald Wood. She has been excused and the people are calling Belinda Knisley, former Mesa County Deputy Clerk.

2:18PM: No questions from the jury. The witness is excused and released from subpoena. The People call Pam Noonan, Mesa County Finance Director. Ms. Noonan is now under direct examination by Prosecutor Drake.

2:17PM: This witness did not ever meet Conan Hays or Gerald Wood, was never involved in the Trusted Build, and was not privy to what was in the package or what Peters intention was. Cross concludes. Redirect now.

2:15PM: On cross examination, Ms. Bryant testified that Tina was a fair employer and she enjoyed working for her. Also that she was not familiar with HR processes.

2:13PM: The witness testified that the "hiring" process for Mr. Wood was irregular. She also testified that she was asked to support the logistics for a visit from Douglas Frank. Direct concluded and cross is now underway by Amy Jones.

2:02PM: The witness testified that the position that Gerald Wood was purported to have reported to her (Ms. Bryant), and she never met Mr. Wood and had no role in hiring Mr. Wood.

2:00PM: Kelly Bryant testified to being directed by Tina Peters to ship an approximately 5 pound package to Conan Hayes in California for $69.55, paid for by the county. The witness testified that Peters told her Sandy Brown would be giving her the package. She cannot recall how she eventually received the package. The package was around 15"x15".

1:40PM: After a brief redirect from Mr. Case, Mr. Stahl is dismissed. The People call Kelly Bryant, Mesa County Administrative Support Manager to the stand.

1:36PM: Court returns, and the Judge is reading questions from the Jury.

Court is on Lunch Break. Live Updates will resume when Court returns.

11:56AM: Sidebar to discuss relevance objection.

10:51AM: Judge rules that testimony about machines being connected to the internet is not relevant. Objection on machines being manufactured in China also sustained as irrelevant. Same with wireless chips. Not relevant according to the Judge.

10:49AM: Stahl testifies that he is unaware of any statute -- in 2021 -- that prohibited making a video during a Trusted Build in 2021. Repeatedly testified to County Authority as the governing authority.

11:30AM: Court resumes and David Stahl, Dominion Voting Systems Customer Success Manager is being cross examined by John Case.

Live updates will continue when court resumes.

11:00AM: Court takes morning break and will return in 15 minutes. Jury Exits.

10:53AM: Dominion witness David Stahl says, "Transparency is critical in our Democracy."

10:40AM: Stahl attempting to explain inconsistent statement, suggesting he was making and broad and not specific assertion.

10:39AM: Case reads another statement from Stahl's Grand Jury testimony and, in response to objection, states it is another prior inconsistent statement. Objection overruled.

10:34AM: Prosecution objection is overruled. Case resumes his questions.

10:27AM: Extended sidebar conversation after Case asked Stahl a series of questions about Dominion's management structure and executive leadership. Prior, Stahl was impeached on his "phone call or email" testimony when Case read an excerpt from his Grand Jury testimony where he said he immediately wrote an email. (see update at 9:56AM below)

10:17AM: Heated exchange between Case and Stahl about Stahl's prior testimony.

10:10AM: Examination of what appears to be a Dominion manual shows that it is clearly not a contract violation to image the machine. The witness confirmed the text, but deferred to Dominion's Counsel on the legal conclusions.

9:56AM: Cross examination is underway of Stahl by John Case. Stahl testified that Jesse Romero of SecState sent him a link to a video online (no site source provided), and he watched the video and thought he was on it. He never saved the video. He escalated to his superiors, either on the phone or by email, he cannot remember. Mr. Case asks the witness to check to see if he still has the email on a break.

9:42PM: Stahl identifies Tina Peters as having been present at the Trusted Build.

9:30AM: David Stahl, Dominion Voting Systems Customer Success Manager is on the stand under direct examination.
