This is almost too sinister to believe. According to the Colorado judicial system, mentally ill crazy people can harm children without consequence. They also can't be detained. That's essentially telling Colorado residents that they must tolerate criminally deranged predators in their communities, and there is nothing the state can do about it.
Colorado communists call this "criminal justice reform." From KDVR:
"...in court Thursday, a judge dismissed the case after doctors at Fort Logan State Hospital determined Galligan has a chronic mental condition and will never be competent to stand trial. 'This is a case where the victims expressed great fear at what happened to their children, and then outrage and concern about the state of the law, which required dismissal in this case,' said Assistant District Attorney Ryan Brackley, who prosecuted the case in the 18th Judicial District."
Readers will remember this trans-identifying monster. His photo is the substance of nightmares for his past and potential victims.
According to the KDVR article, this is "at least the fourth time since 2018 that charges against Galligan have been dropped for similar reasons."
So, it's serial. And the authorities are powerless to prevent him from reoffending.
Sounds like "the authorities" are useless to the People.
What should we do about that?
