The Department of War posted on X Monday that they have launched a formal investigation into Senator Mark Kelly.
"OFFICIAL STATEMENT: The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings. The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels. All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order."
It’s crazy that the “astronaut” is the only one of the "Seditious Six" with any military legal exposure. I would have thought that using your military or former military service to bolster your authority in the process of calling for mutiny in the military would earn some form of military punishment. Apparently not.
Still, Colorado's Jason Crow and his four other co-conspirators aren’t off the hook:

Jake Sullivan’s wife is one of the seditious six, ostensibly confirming that sedition is a Sullivan family value. He’s also a key figure in the autopen scandal and Russia Gate — which, in my opinion, is two over acts in the treasonous grand conspiracy. I wonder if the DOJ will use Maggie as leverage over Jake like they reportedly used Michael Flynn, Jr. over the General back in the day?
I don’t love the tactic, but it would be poetic.
I never served, so I can't say how a military service members are impacted or responding to the six and their video. But my buddy Alpha can. Here's what he had to say:
Prosecute them all to the fullest extent allowable by law — in whatever jurisdiction hurts the most. That is, after all, the precedent they established when they had power.
And as literal "law makers," they deserve a double portion.
