Tina Peters is back in court today, as the appeal of her criminal conviction is set to be heard in the Colorado Court of Appeals.
In recent weeks, the Court accepted briefing from the government on Peters' Motion to Vacate Jurisdiction. Peters has argued that the President's Pardon issued on December 5, 2025 requires that the conviction be vacated and that the defendant be released. The Court will rule on that motion before hearing oral arguments.
