CO Supreme Court Declines to Hear Libertarian Appeal

On Wednesday, the Colorado Supreme Court declined jurisdiction to hear the Libertarian Party of Colorado’s appeal of their case against Secretary of State Jena Griswold and her Deputy Chris Beall. 

LPCO Chair Hannah Goodman announced the decision on X:, "Whoever could have predicted this outcome":

It is unclear at this time if the party will take additional action to pursue relief for the Department’s BIOS password breach during this year’s election period.
