Colorado’s embattled cannabis industry is again the focus of national headlines, as federal reclassification disrupts the state’s prior regional exclusivity.

Earlier this month, Politico published, “Colorado’s Weed Market Is Coming Down Hard and It’s Making Other States Nervous” which was then picked up and cited by many local and national outlets as a cautionary tale.

But while Colorado's embattled Cannabis Industry is now viewed as a cautionary tale, state advocates are now deploying the same playbook for psilocybin.. That is, it was “Shroomfest” earlier this week.
