A Colorado State Trooper was shot Saturday in Westminster, and has been released from the hospital according to CBS News Colorado.
The suspect was not identified, though it is confirmed that the trooper, identified as Cpl. Tye Simcox, eliminated the criminal and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
