At 1:30pMT, Denver District Court Judge Kandace C. Gerdes is holding an emergency hearing in LIBERTARIAN PARTY OF COLORADO and JAMES WILEY vs. SECRETARY OF STATE JENA GRISWOLD and DEPUTY SECRETARY OF STATE CHRISTOPHER P. BEALL.

The complaint addresses the security breach of election passwords, exposed last week by the Colorado Republican Party, and the subsequent coverup by the State Department. Griswold and Beall only informed local election officials -- and the public -- of the breach after the story broke on Tuesday, and their story has changed multiple times.
