| HELP US KEEP TRUMP ON THE BALLOT If you haven't heard, a group of desperate "Never-Trump" activists, led by Mario Nicolais, a failed GOP primary candidate who was rejected by voters for being too liberal, have filed suit to block President Donald J. Trump from appearing on the 2024 Super Tuesday Ballot. These despicable malcontents shouldn't get away with robbing you of your options or vote. They know they can't win in the court of public opinion so now they are hoping a leftwing activist judge will let them win by abusing a court of law. What you should also know is that this group is likely working on behalf of Colorado's corrupt Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, as surrogates. Griswold is likely to do the bare minimum (if not tank the case entirely) in fighting against these agitators because she agrees with them but is too gutless to come out and say it. Griswold knows that she needs a court to give her political cover to take the extraordinary step of removing a qualified candidate from the ballot. This is election interference, pure and simple, and we have a plan to stop them dead in their tracks. SEE THE LAWSUIT TO BLOCK TRUMP In light of this ridiculous ploy, the Colorado Republican Party will resubmit our national delegate selection plan to the RNC under Rule 16(f) and have a back up process to ensure all Republican presidential candidates, including President Trump, have a fair chance to compete for our allotment of national delegates. If their lawsuit is successful, then we will push to have all of our national delegates selected through our caucus and assembly process and bypass any rigged presidential primary election entirely. This is not what Colorado Republicans want to do but we will reserve the right to pursue this course of action to counter the crooked schemes of these phony conservatives who are clearly acting as surrogates for Jena Griswold and radical Democrats. But we can't do this alone, and we can't let them disenfranchise voters and work with Democrats to weaponize our judicial system. We need your help now. We will consider all options, including litigation, to protect the right of Republican voters to vote for President Trump (or any other Republican candidate for that matter) as they participate in our Republican Presidential Primary on March 5, 2024.
