Colorado Suspends Law License of Jenna Ellis for Three Years

On Wednesday, People v. Ellis resulted in Colorado native and former Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis being suspended from practicing law in the state for three years.

Ellis pleaded guilty in the Georgia RICO case in August 2023, entering a consent agreement in Georgia that led Colorado to pursue additional disciplinary action against her.
