Colorado Free Press has obtained a Colorado GOP Press Release concerning Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold. Here is that press release.
Greenwood Village, CO - Today, Colorado voters Tom Bjorklund and Darcy Schoening submitted an official complaint to the Colorado Attorney Regulation Counsel regarding Colorado's corrupt SOS Jena Griswold.
Griswold has used her office as an anti-President Trump campaign headquarters for at least three years. She has behaved unethically as a Secretary of State, the head of elections in Colorado. While serving as SOS, Griswold has referred to President Trump as an insurrectionist.
President Trump has not been convicted of insurrection, so Griswold has broken the rules of conduct for her licensure as an attorney in Colorado. She has repeatedly lied to and misled the public. These actions are in direct violation of Colorado Rule of Professional Conduct (C.R.P.C.).
From our complaint: "Since she assumed office, Secretary Griswold has engaged in calculated and malicious attacks on the rights of an entire class of Colorado voters. Griswold has used her platform to make false statements about President Trump and disenfranchise those voters who support him. As Secretary of State, Secretary Griswold has behaved with reckless disregard for the truth when it comes to former President Donald J Trump (Attachments G-H). Secretary Griswold’s repeated false statements about President Trump are multitudinous. Griswold tweets several times per week to accuse former President Trump of committing an insurrection. Therefore, we respectfully request that the Colorado Attorney Regulation Counsel investigate Jena Griswold’s actions as they relate to the Colorado C.R.P.C. We are confident that a thorough review of Secretary of State Griswold’s behavior as an attorney will necessitate further action in regards to her legal licensure."
We have received thousands of phone calls from across Colorado and the United States since Griswold attempted to remove Trump from the ballot have continued to fill our office daily. We heard you loud and clear: Coloradoans want Jena Griswold to face the consequences of her actions.
We have had enough of Griswold's deceitful tactics, and we filed this official complaint.in order to question and investigate her unethical behavior.
Enough is Enough! Jena Griswold must be held accountable for her actions.
