Attorney General Phil Weiser is sharing his October gubernatorial campaign successes, and the number of lawsuits against the Trump Administration is now at 41!
The AG counts our state’s 41 lawsuits against the President as a campaign accomplishment.
Is the campaign paying for the lawyers and experts and paralegals and courier fees and other expenses for these lawsuits? Are the people’s resources being prioritized to underwrite Weiser’s political ambitions?
Is that lawful or just wildly unethical?
Does weaponization of government include abusing the power of your current sworn position to obtain a greater sworn position with more power?
These are all questions some authority should consider but unfortunately the authority overseeing Weiser is… Weiser.
Also note that he has four times more lawsuits than dog walks under his belt. Appropriate metaphor for his governance.
