Tina Peters is back in court Tuesday where Magistrate Judge Scott Varholak will hear oral arguments on why Whistleblower Tina Peters should be out on bond while her appeal is waiting to be heard.

Peters was convicted in August of four felonies for lying to Jena Griswold’s office as part of her (Peters) whistleblower investigation. She was sentenced in October to nine years incarceration. Her appeal is underway in state court.
Colorado Free Press will be attending the proceedings, and will post updates outside the court house.

I bet if the judge worried that conservatives would riot over this, she would have her charges dismissed.
