Tina Peters attorney John Case appeared on Steve Bannon's War Room Podcast to discuss the Gold Start Mom and Former Mesa County Clerk's status, pardon, and appeal.

During the interview, Case announced that oral arguments for Tina Peters appeal have been scheduled for January 14th, 2026 at 2:30PM MT in the Colorado Court of Appeals. It will be livestreamed, and we will cover it here on Colorado Free Press!
