Tina Peters filed a 19-page reply on Thursday, addressing the government's denial of President Trump's ability to pardon state cases offenses.
Oral argument in Peters' appeal is set for Wednesday, January 14th at 2:30pMT.

The 2020 election fraud that has now been proven in many states, as well as Colorado thanks to Tina Peters, is a national and global disgrace. Free and Fair elections should be priority number one in America. We the People demand answers. Where are you DOJ, SCOTUS? Oh right, never mind, forgot, they're deep state globalists swamp creatures. What this woman did was expose the election fraud in Colorado and she was railroaded by the dem/communists in the state to prison this woman never really done anything wrong except expose what has been going on in Colorado since they started mail in voting.
She is a political prisoner for revealing the truth of election fraud. The Democrats had to punish her.
