On Monday, Tina Peters claimed that she was attacked in prison while inside a closet filling a water container and, on Tuesday, video of the incident was released.

The media was quick to refer to Peters as the aggressor, but Apollo Pappas spoke to her on Tuesday morning, and released a video explaining how this was not an isolated incident and the video doesn't capture the full context. The physical altercation comes less than a week after the Colorado Court of Appeals heard Peters arguments for a new trial on January 14th. Read up on the case here:
