Yesterday, we talked about the NGOs. While most of the Colorado NGOs fall into the health and safety or education space, there is also a lot of NGOs focused in the criminal justice reform space.

And in Colorado, criminal justice reform means pro crime. We talk about this a lot on this site.

Remember the child predator that Colorado released back into the community four times, the last time within the past month?

Remember the epidemic of child predators in our schools, and the fact that Colorado is effectively a pedophile sanctuary.

How about the fact that the areas of our state with the most gun-free zones have the most gun violence?

These aren't flukes or organic outcomes. They're direct results from the policies -- of the same people that are faced with a massive budget deficit.

But when it comes to the cost of crime, the deficit is much greater. There are hidden costs of crime that the DSA-run legislature just ignore -- consequences beyond the immediate financial losses and incarceration expenses: psychological trauma experienced by victims, the long-term financial impacts on families, and the broader societal effects of fear and decreased quality of life.

The deficit on pro-crime policies is incalculable.

The experiment is over.
