Shake Ups at CDoS — Is a Perkins Coie Alum Now Running CO Elections?

On Wednesday, the Secretary of State issued a much anticipated response to President Trump’s Election Integrity EO.

Jena hasn’t posted on X since November, and the department has been quiet — hence the “much anticipated” billing. The release fell flat. But the header information is news. The Deputy Secretary of State is listed as Andrew Kline. What happened to Christopher Perry Beall?

There has been no official announcement that (former?) Deputy Secretary Christopher Perry Beall left the Department. It’s an explosive development.

Colorado Free Press spoke to a county clerk that confirmed, “[He] told us Monday he took a five week sabbatical. He said he used to work for Phil Weiser, and he was going to go back to being a lawyer.”

It’s unclear if that means Beall is returning to the Colorado Attorney General Office, where he was outside counsel for Griswold and CDoS prior to joining the Department of State in 2021.

An Embattled Department

On Tuesday, the DOJ reiterated their ongoing investigation into the Colorado Department of State and the AG’s Office, in a filing in Tina Peters’ case, stating, “the Department of Justice is reviewing cases across the nation—including this one—for abuses of the criminal justice process.”

Tina Peters’ case was an abuse from the start. CDoS used Tina Peters as a catalyst to enact radical changes to Colorado election law (see: SB22-153) and propagate a false narrative that election denialism is voter intimidation (or, in the extreme, domestic terrorism).

No one was harmed in the making of the forensic images (except the “gold standard election” lie and it’s mouthpieces), and they created such a (baseless) hysteria about “leaked passwords” that many Colorado residents feel Tina’s actions justified the NINE YEARS IN PRISON that she received at sentencing. I’ve been writing about Tina Peters crucible since the Cyber Symposium. The players in her case are the same players in mine

Side note, we (me and my two codefendants) are currently fighting this frivolous allegation in the 10th Circuit. Beall was a witness for abusive NGOs fabricating claims in district court. We won at trial, but they appealed, and the fight continues. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

In additional to the political persecution of Tina Peters, there are many other scandals at CDoS, and Beall is at the center of all of them.

There is his (knowing and willing) role in ERIC States inflation of voter rolls with noncitizens, as we reported in September.

Remember the BIOS password scandal we broke in October? (We didn’t get attribution, of course. Our requests for comment were ignored while 9News was given an exclusive with the Secretary.) Well, Beall was running the Department, during the active breach and two election periods while Griswold was extremely pregnant continuing through the Secretary’s maternity leave.

This breach — that wasn’t a breach but might have been a breach because we can’t say for sure according to sworn testimony in state court — was the substance of the Libertarian Party’s case in November. I live-posted that trial from the courtroom. You can find that here.

Between my case, Tina’s case, and the LPCO case, the Department has made multiple, conflicting statements under oath

It’s cool, though, because the Department hired friendlies to investigate themselves, and declared everything was the safest and most secure it’s ever been. (Okay I’m paraphrasing an absolute cover up, but you get the idea.)

There’s more.

Beall is caught on audio admitting that the Department covered up the breach to avoid a media frenzy.

There is also the fact that every redaction in open records out of CDoS is done at the direction or approval of Beall. Again, according to his sworn testimony under oath.

Christopher Perry Beall can credibly be described as the mastermind and puppet master of the Colorado Department of State going back to 2021, and in the wake of the 2020 election. The links within this article go to original reporting — the CFP team’s, mine, and my co-defendants.

Speaking of those two…

Call the Cleaner

Replacing Beall — the public is told via header on a press release today — is Andrew Kline, a former Perkins Coie attorney.

As Holly at Altitude reported today, Perkins Coie attorneys air-dropping into State Departments across these United States is a pattern:

“Appointing Perkins Coie alum to senior positions in SecState’s Offices & acting as counsel is nothing new.

Years-long pattern includes: Arizona, Minnesota, Washington, Michigan, Georgia, and a strong showing in Colorado.

This is Elias at work, fortifying for the legal reckoning that’s coming via the new EO!”

According to Colonel Shawn Smith (USAF-Ret),

“In case you missed it, Kline was also:

  • Lead Advance, Clinton for President
  • Senior Counsel to Senator Biden
  • Policy Advisor to VP Biden
  • Chief of Staff/Sr Adv. under Exec Office of Pres Obama

So, ‘non-partisan,’ I guess.”

Another Side Note: Shawn and Holly (just above) are my two co-defendants in the 10th Circuit case. We’ve been battling this corruption for years, and we won’t stop fighting — but we don’t have PACs and NGOs. We’re just people, and we’re going to win. Every dollar goes to lawyer fees. Thank you for your consideration.

Is Justice Possible? Are Real Elections?

Elections are fake. Don’t take it from me, take it from the president (and also me):

No cap, elections are probably the fakest in Colorado.

With the DOJ investigating weaponized government, and specifically Tina Peters, Beall decided to jump ship. I predict he will return to the Rat Cave of the Colorado AGs office for his own cya as well as to shore up defenses against the coming federal inquiries. They sure do need it.

Then there is the Trump EO — for which Colorado can never be compliant — and Beall is leaving Griswold in the capable hands of a Clinton era plus plus plus political monster.

I know I overuse the term “Rocky Mountain Showdown” lately, but seriously. Look around.

From immigration to federal slushies to elections to weaponized of power, it’s almost like Agenda47 was written specifically for Colorado’s multiple government conspiracies against rights — not conspiracies theoretical, actual ones. Like legal conspiracies where there was a meeting of the minds to conspire against the rights of Trump, his supporters, and anyone that got too close to the truth.

Organized crime. Not to be that guy, and say I told you so, but I did (in September 2021).

“Regardless, we now have proof that the same sources and methods — to both commit AND cover up one of the most stunning crimes in American history — were executed in two different states. It’s proof of an interstate conspiracy to defraud the American People. And that's a conspiracy fact.”

It was this same month that the NAACP, the League of Women Voter’s, and Mi Familia Vota decided to sue us. So many coincidences.

See the links throughout this post for sworn admissions from arrogant criminals. If the DOJ truly investigates, we’re going to have another Rocky Mountain Showdown in short order.

Stay tuned.
