With President Trump rightfully back in office, the immigration showdown is heating up. That means emotional hysteria from the immigration lobby, and they aren't wasting any time.
From "Libs of TikTok on X: "Colorado school districts are making plans to resist ICE agents if they show up at schools."
Of course this is true. Back in December, the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) held a training for illegal migrants, which included tips on not cooperating with authorities.
As we've discussed, the incoming DHS has drawn clear lines in the sand on harboring illegal migrants in defiance of federal law.
Now school districts are signaling noncompliance. And DHS is signaling a willingness to prosecute noncompliance:
"Criminals will no longer be able to hide in America’s schools and churches to avoid arrest. The Trump Administration will not tie the hands of our brave law enforcement, and instead trusts them to use common sense. The Biden-Harris Administration abused the humanitarian parole program to indiscriminately allow 1.5 million migrants to enter our country. This was all stopped on day one of the Trump Administration. This action will return the humanitarian parole program to its original purpose of looking at migrants on a case-by-case basis.”
