Tina Peters is still in jail due to revenge from corrupt Colorado officials after outing state-wide machine election fraud in 2020. President Trump has highlighted her plight publicly after taking office.
Peters believes her son's death was not an accident.
She is appealing to President Trump.

Tragically, he cannot. Presidential pardons can only be granted for federal cases, whereas Tina was prosecuted (persecuted) and convicted through state charges. Only the corrupt governor of Colorado has the power to pardon her, and he refuses.
I am hoping, however, President Trump can affect her freedom by other means.
So easy to put her in, yet so hard to get her out? Since she is innocent, it should be the exact opposite. Telling of how screwed up our Govt. is. 👿
