Why are People Fleeing Colorado?

In 2023, Denver was ranked 18th in the nation for people leaving. In 2024, it’s 12th. This isn’t surprising if you’re paying attention.

Denver is overrun with crime and homelessness, and now migrants, and the government — both the city and the state — have abandoned the will of the people to pursue progressive policy fever dreams. 

According to a recent study from PODS, “The shine of the pandemic boom cities is wearing off, and many people are fleeing previously popular cities in favor of the next hot spot where the weather is mild, the cost of living is manageable, and the quality of life is satisfying.”

That should be Colorado. We should be a destination.
